Do you use these leadership tools?
July 22, 2014

If you don't use them - tell me why

In my last Leader Newsletter issue – I told you what I consider to be the three most important tools inside your managerial toolkit.

I also asked you to tell me YOUR reasons why you would NOT use these three tools on a regular basis.

And your answers to my question have been eye opening.

This is why I much prefer a two-way dialogue to a one-way monologue.

When you ask me questions – you bring in a new point of view.

In other words – when we dialogue – you allow me to look at the same issue from a different perspective, which in turn, allows me to better meet your specific needs.

So – I am going to ask you again:

What is your reason TO NOT use Positive Feedback, Constructive Feedback and Paraphrasing on a consistent basis?

Think about it, write your reason – and hit the “Reply” button.

Your answer might help you beyond your expectations. Just try.
